Frequently Asked Questions
How do I invite family members?
Go to the Family tab and share the 6-character invite code displayed on screen. Family members can enter this code during onboarding by selecting "Join an existing group."
How does iCloud sync work?
PawPact syncs data automatically through your personal iCloud account. All family members must be connected to the internet for real-time sync. No third-party servers are involved.
What if iCloud is not available?
PawPact works fully offline on a single device. Data is stored locally and will sync when iCloud becomes available.
How do I reset the app?
Go to Settings and tap "Leave Group & Reset" at the bottom of the page. This will clear your local data and return you to the onboarding screen.
Notifications are not working.
Make sure notifications are enabled both in the app (Settings > Enable Reminders) and in your device settings (Settings > Notifications > PawPact).
How do I delete a pet?
Go to the Pets tab, tap the pet you want to remove, scroll down, and tap "Delete Pet."
